21/11/06 Now available are the: Federation Type-5 Admin Shuttle Named the Gorn BC 'Allosaurus Grandis' because it's a CA with the Plus & F refits but there's no name change per SFB, so Grandis seemed to be the most appropriate Latin word I could find for the best version of the CA type without calling it Rex, that's my logic anyway! The Federation Type-5 shuttle is a bit of an unplanned model. Was aiming to do a SWAC shuttle but couldn't find an appropriated SFC shuttle to base it on so made one myself, SWAC to follow soon then... Also updated my Lyran CA and CC, test playing the Gorn BC and noticed the break models for the 2 Lyran ships weren't working properely, the ship would spin off without breaking up, oops. Now corrected. Gorn CL should be up tomorrow morning. |
20/11/06 Lyran Admin Shuttle is now up for download. The Lyran Jaguar War Cruiser, Gorn BC and CL as well as the ISC DD will be available as soon as I get access to my SSD's and get SFC2 and ShipEdit re-installed so I can get the hardpoints sorted. That's the problem with living on the south coast and having all you stuff with you in London where you work during the week... |
18/11/06 Updated the Gorn CA with a rebuilt balcony / shuttle bay. Wasn't too happy with the original one, looks a lot better now, enjoy |
12/11/06 Outstripping even my previous efforts, nearly 19 months between updates is kinda long! I'm slowly getting back into this, hopefully it's something I can maintain without life getting in the way as per usual... Work has resumed on the Lyran LCW, mesh has been reworked a bit and texturing sorted. A couple more ISC should also be along soon, the DD is pretty much done I think. Major news though is a brand new Gorn Heavy Cruiser. I was influenced by a GCA that popped up on the Taldren forums a while back (sorry, can't remember who's), similar style body but with semi circle discs and a blue/turquoise colour, really got me thinking.
